- What is the return and exchange policy?
- We generally don’t offer a return or exchange of one of a kind, used, as-is, refurbished, consumables, perishables, or limited quantity items.
- Items purchased from an affiliate link are required to follow the affiliate stores policies. For more information, reference your purchase receipt, or reach out to the merchant. We’re unable to assist with merchant policy or customer service requests.
- Items purchased directly from rioware.co, and listed as eligible for return or exchange, must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for any, and all, return shipping costs and logistics.
- What forms of payment do you currently accept?
- We currently use PayPal as our direct payment processor. They accept most major credit and debit cards. If you have an existing PayPal account, you’ll be re-directed from PayPal to complete the check out process.
- PayPal accounts are not required to check out, they will accept and process your acceptable form of payment.
- Is this the same item I saw on Facebook and Instagram?
- Yes! We’re @RioWareCo on Instagram and run RioWare Shop on Facebook. We also post items on Facebook Marketplace.
- What are affiliate links?
- Affiliate links allow tracking of any actions taken on the site we linked you to. We love to talk about technology, and our affiliate links allow us to be paid a small commission for any actions you take at the merchant. This commission isn’t paid by you, and doesn’t affect the price you pay for the product or services you may sign up for.

- Our owner has developed relationships with some of the biggest retailers, vendors, and manufacturers (OEMs) through his work with various technology companies.
